Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to manage and strengthen our people operations. The role will support recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation within a regulated lending environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff induction.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and staff handbook.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and staff training.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll administration and staff benefits coordination.
- Promote a positive, ethical, and high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- CHRP certification (or actively pursuing) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1โ2 yearsโ HR experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act and labour relations.
- Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
